SPRING 2025 BASEBALL INFORMATION

Weston CT Baseball has aligned our Cal Ripken Divisions to enhance the skills and aptitude of our players at all ages and development levels.  

Our youngest divisions which are broken into T-Ball, Rookie Prep and Rookie includes players that are pre-K through second grade.  The multiple tiers within this division are grade-based, providing for positive social interactions with classmates and ease of scheduling with other sports.    

Our older divisions (Minors and Majors Divisions ) are grade and ability based.  The grouping of players with similar abilities provides for the greatest developmental environment for our players while also maximizing player safety.  

We encourage all players to register according to their grade as our experience is that the kids generally enjoy the game more when playing with their friends. 

For Spring Baseball players in 3rd thru 7th grades* will participate in evaluations in March to facilitate player drafts and team selection.     

*** Note that 7th graders who turn 13 on or after May 1st, 2025 are eligible for Cal Ripken Baseball

Spring 2025 Baseball Bring-A-Friend

Please join Weston Baseball on April 5th for Bring A Friend Day.  This is an opportunity for community members to come out to the baseball fields and try the game with their classmates and friends.  This is open to everyone from T Ball to Rookie (Pre-K through 2nd Grade).  

No experience necessary and all activities will be catered as needed to make everyone welcome.  If you had a glove, helmet, bat, please bring it.  Otherwise please just wear athletic wear, water and be ready for some fun.  

TBall (Pre K and K, must be 4) @11AM

Rookie Prep (1st Grade) @ 1PM

Rookie (2nd Grade) @ 1PM

There is no cost, however, we do require registration.
